Feed them :) I feed my (Chad's) frag about every other day and it's doing quite well, puffing up and growing like a weed :)

It would be interesting to get many people's feedback on this:

  1. What do you feed?
  2. How often do you feed it? (every other day, once a week, etc.)
  3. How do you feed it? (Kent nautilus, tweezers, turkey baster, global feeding, etc.)
  4. When do you feed? (I.e. 2 hours before the lights come on, etc.)
  5. Lastly -- what kind of growth do you get?
:D

mine manage to eat mysis, they love them. They are greedy little buggers.

I will play Who Dah?
1. I feed mysis, cyclopeeze, and reef chili although they tend to prefer mysis.
2. I feed 3 to 4 times a week when I am home.
3. I use a turkey baster and watch them. If some don't look like they've gotten any then I will use tweezers.
4. I usually feed a few hours after lights come on. (I like to watch and it makes it easier too make sure the small heads get a piece)
5. I have had amazing growth. It is about 10 times the size it was when I got 10 months ago.

I'll jump in as well
I feed mine 2-3 times a week - mysis and cyclops - with vita-chem
I use a childs medicine syringe to accuartely dispense the mixture. I think I waste less this way - the turkey baster just blows it everywhere.
I feed at diff times usually just before lights out or shortly after - once food hits the water the feeders come out - lights on or off! They are hungry little things.
Most of all they LOVE light!! Unlike acans you can really blast light at micros.
