I'm thinking this is Ostreopsis, but, for the most part, it's not doing the spinning thing I keep reading about. A few of them will but the rest seem to swim around as I'd expect other things of their size to. However, ignoring that, they do look like Ostreopsis and I'm hoping to confirm, or otherwise ID, what it is.

Not sure if it makes a difference, but this is what made it through a coffee filter.

Maybe? They do swim, I think, like what I see described. What put me off of that was the description a circular structure at the center of the cell. I didn't see that when I looked at these a few days ago, but looking again, I do now see a darker green circle in the middle of each one.
