THIS IS MICROSOFTS SITE FOR ADD-ONS. ONE OF THE TOYS I USE IS PICTURE RESIZER. IT ALLOWS YOU TO RIGHT CLICK ON ANY PICTURE AND IT IS IN YOUR DROP DOWN BOX,(IT IS THE 4TH SELECTION ON MY DROP DOWN MENU) AND THEN YOU CAN ADJUST THE SIZE WITH ONE CLICK. VERY AWESOME. THEY HAVE A TON OF OTHER ADD ONS, BUT I FIGURE THIS WOULD HELP ALOT OF PEOPLE IN CZ WHO TRY TO POST PICS.

yeah i just got the raw viewer too and its pretty cool, now i dont have to constantly open up a program to view raw files
