Midas Blenny Timidity??

In your experience, are Midas Blennies a very timid fish?

I have only once had a timid midas blenny. I spent months trying to build up its self confidence. I would arrange play dates with smaller fish. Whisper words of encouragement. I even put up a fake mirror with a prettier reflection. In the end, all it took was the fish to come into its own and make piece with its inner demons. From that day on, it was a very happy and interactive friend to all fish in the tank.

My Midas blenny was timid when first introduced but after a week or so he became very boisterous. Now he is always out and swimming around and when I feed the tank he immediately swims right up to me.
