Hey no speculating and get back to work on that sump! ;) :p

On a side note, I seriously hope this isn't the case. Hopefully they are just in the background trying to work on a way to dig themselves out of this hole. Atleast they stopped taking preorders. Hopefully to get caught up on current ones, I've been out of the loop on the MS thing for a while now though so who knows..

LOL.. Sorry :p

I wonder if they could make a move to try and get some backing from Coralvue or a similar company, or sell the whole thing to them at a discount. I'd really hate to see all those invested in it thus far lose everything.

Multiple threads on mindstream on the forum and Facebook...basically the company shut its doors and nobody is going to touch it as there is too much damage now

Really unfortunate, seems like a company like coralvue with solid production could pick it up practically for free and release it once production could somewhat meet demand...

figures, take a bunch of pre-order cash and then bail out. I still think the slides would leave trace chems in the tank

I'm sure a lot of people are thinking this especially after MACNA. Too bad a few members here take those concerns, and or posts, and want to turn it around and say it is negative or you wish it to fail.

If this is the case this is the second time I have bit by a controller company! First strike was fishbit and now mindstream. Learned my lesson...now investments in the newest and greatest until it is actually on the market greater than one year!
Lets not forget the Vertex cerebra.

Let me guess, they’ll claim bankruptcy and everyone’s money who is tied to it will be lost for good with no way to go after it.

I am not just referring to reef equipment, This is a common practice when knowing bankruptcy is eminent, sell tons of product then not pay the bills. In this case not deliver. Omc did that, they sold 2k outboards ($10K each) that were known junk from parts laying around and would catch fire. Gander Mountain sent me an email Everything 40% off I grabbed a $400 Yeti cooler for 225. It shipped from yeti and a week later they were in Bankruptcy. Yeti is never on sale.

Fake it till you make it or untill they stop giving you money and chase you out of town. 8.5 mil is a good haul.

And the worst of all. Gander was selling two or 3 ultra rare Sig x-5s for less than half what they were worth.

I thought i was looking at the listings wrong and ignored them

.......Still kicking myself.
