I reached out to their customer support on Wednesday. No response as yet. I selected the free shipping for Fri 9/11 but no email confirmations other than the original order confirmation. Somewhere there is a mix up I'm sure. Hoping to hear some good news.

Just closing the loop on this one! Resolved the issue which was caused by how the shipping "boxes" were set up with a $0 charge. Next time pay for the shipping first vs. adding it to your cart w/corals.
