Mitras 7206 Will not start up.

I unplugged my lights to plug them into a killometer to see how much they draw and now they will not start up. GHL logo flashes every 3 seconds

If you remove the kilometer devise do they start up?
Did you put a ticket into support?

When they would not start I plugged them into a regular outlet.
One of them started up after about 15 minutes. The other one had not started after 90 minutes so I unplugged them.
I have not put in a ticket yet.

disconnect and reconnect the three pin connector
