I'm curious to know how high people put their uv channels. I use the rrl composer I think it's 66 tops at 90%. Which I follow his program. With t5s on I have mitras to 75%. I'm not getting that glow on dawn like people get. My torches are best pop I have so far but I'm wondering if slowly ramping up uv will make the pop more or maybe not.

UV is not the only factor that determines a coral's fluorescent effect. If trace element levels are in-line with the consumption rate of your coral, that will greatly improve the color "pop" appearance. I would start there before increasing UV intensity.

If you want to increase the UV, do it slowly. Maybe 5% every two weeks.
