Hi Everyone, I have recently finished plumbing my 180 gallon tank (6' x 2' x 2'). I am currently working on a scape and the tank will probably get started within the next couple of weeks when i finish my design. I have spent a good amount of time and done some research to create a decent stocking list for the tank. I already have 2 black storm clownfish and a midas blenny in a smaller tank that are going into the 180 once its up and running. Heres the list of the rest of the fish and inverts I am thinking about adding.

Fish and Invert Stocking List:

  • Royal Gramma (1)
  • Yellow Tang (1)
  • Bristletooth Tomini Tang (1)
  • Melanurus Wrasse (1)
  • Yellow Coris Wrasse (1)
  • Diamond Goby (2)
  • Midas Blenny (1)
  • Lyretail Anthias (5)
  • Powder Blue Tang (1)
  • Blonde Naso Tang (1)
  • Hippo Tang (1)
  • Foxface Rabbitfish (1)
  • Conch (1-2)
  • Nassarius Snails
  • Cerith Snails
  • Emerald Crabs
  • Trochus Snails

I would appreciate all input positive or negative and if you have any corrections or additions please let me know!

Ok, I'm just curious. What is it with PBT's that everyone doesn't like? I've seen plenty of people have them with lots of success.
They’re really mean and ich magnets. Some people have had success before, but most of the people that do have a lot bigger tanks, it’s the only tang In the tank, or they just get lucky. If you want to take the risk go for it. But I personally would just avoid it.
