Am I supposed to be a to see and use Mobius when I’m not at home on my WiFi? Every time I try using it from outside my home it didn’t connect.

It apparently has the capability built in but ecotech hasn't turned it on yet. Atleast that's the rumour. Don't know why you would invest in making it possible but not use it.

I think Ecotech's R&D was fired during the Aperture Pet takeover....lol they haven't had much in terms of new tech for years now.

But as previously mentioned above, mobius is blue tooth based not Wi-Fi

I seem to remember via Ecotech's support that beta wifi access may (not will) be requested through them. I've never requested it myself.

If you're a bit tech savvy look into tailscale.

You would have to set up a phone or tablet (or even a computer) at your home that can connect to Mobius via bluetooth. Then you can use tailscale to control that device from your phone when you're not home.

Lack of WiFi definitely a let down.
