I saw this photo on Facebook, and they say the crawfish was in their yard and the only one. Not enough to boil. Lol
Tool came to new Orleans January 31st, but unfortunately I want able to get tickets for that one. The show sold it in like ten minutes, and scalpers were selling them way too high for me to pay for right now. Hopefully, the new album will come out soon and they will come back. I have seen them three times before though.

No, I didn't. To me, parades and all are generally for tourists. I saw that steven tyler was in the endymion parade. That was cool of him.
What I like about Mardi Gras is king cake, which I had quite a bit of. And when I was in school it is a holiday, and no one else the country got those days off. Lol

When we were teenagers my sisters and I would go to the parades off of Severn in Metairie all the time, but that was years ago.

It is a thing still, but instead of putting the baby inside the king cake like tradition, they put it on top of it or in the box somewhere. All because people can't figure out there is a plastic baby inside of the king cake and it might become a choking hazard.

My wife and I had one of our favorite meals tonight.....Firecracker marinated Salmon on the grill with grilled veggies (green zucchini, yellow squash and onions). This dinner is sooo easy to make.....even in the rain we had tonight.
