Molting cleaner shrimp

Quick question - my cleaner shrimp is molted twice in the last month, he has been in the tank for 5 weeks now and apparently he's doing quite well. When he molds should I remove the exoskeleton or just leave it in the tank for another Critters to eat?

You can remove it or leave it. Its a nutritious snack for CUC.

If someone hasn't eaten it after a day or two I would remove it. It is nutrient.
