Montipora Stellata Tips

Just bought a frag of Stellata. Anybody with colonies got any advice on placement and such? Or just pics of nice healthy colonies so I have something to look forward too.

I have tubbs Stella's and it seems to like mid-high light and a LOT of flow. My frags literally move around from flow and they grow like weeds.

Compared to digitata how quick would you say it grows?
