All, I finally moved my Moorish Idol to my DT yesterday and all was well or so I thought. Today, my established fish decided they aren't having it and started the bullying. I have a pretty strong stomach for this kind of aggression, and it usually settles down but after dimming the lights tonight it was open warfare so back to 40 Gallon Breeder he went. The main culprits are a 4-5" Emperor and a 4" Purple Tang (imagine that). Looking for suggestions on what options I have and how long I could keep him in the Breeder as I plan to upgrade to a 300G system in about 6 months. I was hard enough to get him fattened up so I would hate to lose such a beautiful fish.

You can try to move the aggressive fish to another tank for a week or two.
