Morish Idol owners

It's hit or miss with them. I had one for over a year till one day a saw him eating my utter chaos palys. Sold him to a friend with a fish only tank.

Mine is in fowlr I wouldn't keep them in reef IMO their diet is much like large angels

Anytime I have seen them in a reef they had to be removed because of their taste for corals.

I used to have one that started as a model citizen in my reef, then one day he decided my tank was a buffet. Too risky in a reef......

I had one in a reef for a 4-5 months looking great then died out of nowhere.
The only thing it munched on was wellso and trachy brains. So I removed those from the tank. Other than that he was great.
