Mortar to glue aragocrete to aragocrete

I just had a friend give me about 200 lbs of rock. Some is aragocrete and some is actual reef rock. I have ideas for the aragocrete rocks but I have these two questions.

1. Can I use this mortar to glue the aragocrete rocks to one another?

2. I have some dinner plate sized ledge pieces I want to use to make some dramatic outcroppings. Will the mortar hold the pieces together as well as wood glue holds wood, or at least close to as good?

I have used e-Marco 400 twice. As best as I can tell; if you apply it and wait a full 24 hours it will stick anything to anything better that that weirdo with a hard hat and a brick from the ancient super glue commercials.

I have drips stuck to glass bottoms and plastic and rock and coral and my wood workbench.
