Ordered a frag pack from Motor City Corals In February the water was frozen when it arrived but the heat packs were still hot. Which tells me it was pack badly. One came DOA due to a broken bag the others due to the frozen water dead by morning 4 hour acclimation. Was not offered refund or replacement only replacement for DOA. Agreed on a new coral to replace the DOA the owner Joel made arrangements to ship it to me and he had a family celebration and left the coral to be delivered by his partner who swiftly after Joel left canceled my shipment and I am left with nothing.I complained due to the fact the only reason I know he canceled the shipment was because I had a tracking number Joel had provided. I get a email from the partner telling me he needs shipping supply. I will get my coral later. I placed this order in February. Joel who was the person I dealt with seemed very professional but his partner throws his deal under the bus the minute he gets a chance. never buying high end SPS from them again. Now they must deal with paypal. A lot of vendors are sending high end frag packs now due to the weather they did not have this common sense to wait.
