Hello , say does the 6025.100 come with the 6055.740 ??
i have an old one, super old, lol. has a metal washer on the bottom, would i just use the replacement metal washer, or the blue bushing ??

second question, the blue magnet isolator Silicone buffer 14 mm (0.55 in.) 6020.620 . could/should these be replaced after a few years or do they hold up very well over the years ?? thinking noise isolation or anything like that .
my 6095s are a few years old, just picked up a pair of 6055 for my 58, and removing the 6025, / repairing the second 6025, i think.

Thanks for all you do for us Roger, very much appreciated.

A new 6025.100 would use the 6055.740, old ones used 6025.740 and a metal washer. You cannot get the metal washer any more. I would just upgrade to 6055.740. This motor is pretty old, as I recall the metal washer was only 2007-2008. They then just made 6025.740 thicker and transitioned to 6055.740 a few years ago.

The only reason to replace the blue isolators is if you lose them, silicon should last almost forever.

Yes, it does. I would be hesitant though to replace only a motor block on a pump this old, the impellers had a major update some years back and the front housing attachment and cord notch depth also changed. You may have annoyances, it will work, but the cover may fit loose, the cord may force the cover off and you will have to file it by hand to fit, etc.

got ya, it might be a better option to keep the second impeller and front housing for backup.
both these 6025 would be offline, say in a mixing bucket, sump for blowing stuff around, limited duty.

i had a metal disk, so i replaced it in the working one with a new one. so 1 good 12 year old powerhead isn't bad. :)
i was thinking for $30 might not be a bad idea to have a second one.
seeing the new price, makes sense, new holder, magnet, all the extras for about $25 more,
