Mounting eb832 energy bar

I just found out mounting the eb832 upright is wrong. Is there a reason why and should I mount it horizontal

Hmmmmmm I didn’t know this. I have mine in a external cabinet but it is grounded with a gfci outlet though

Lol I just found out the answer. Neptune worry that if u mount vertical u can knock it off the sliding mount

Well than I’m not worried about it since it sits on the floor right on the mount.

Can i connect two of the EB832's to the same Apex module. I am building my 230 g waterbox and just installed a brand new Apex but ran out of outlets so i bought an extra EB832 and connected it with the cable it came with but it doesn't appear anywhere on my app to control it. Although it is on and supplying power to my ATO.
