Is waterweld still safe to use on mounting frags plugs and discs to rock

Yes.

But I dill holes in my rocks before they get wet so frag plugs fit in them. In just a few weeks you really don't see any of the empty holes!

Yep, I’ve used WaterWeld for this without any issues. I usually pair it with super glue gel and it holds really well. Just be careful with how much you use at once since it can make the skimmer go crazy for a bit.
