Moving from 30L to 80g process?

It's been many years since I've had to move a tank. Going from a 30L to 80g.
80g is going in the same room, but not the same spot.

Whats the best process?
Can I do this;
1) setup 80g few days prior. Seed with filter floss
2) day of move, move fish to 10g setup / coral in bags/bucket
3) drain some water from sr80
4) Remove rocks from 30L set them up in 80g
4) fill back sr80 with 30l tank water and move fish over
5) put fritz turbo start in

Am I going to restart the cycle putting new sand/rock a few days prior ?
Questions/comments/critiques? Am I forgetting anything?

I should preface, I'm a go-slow kind of person. I'd set up the new tank with the new rock and sand and let it sit for a month...especially if you're starting with dry rock. Seems like nobody cures rock these days. Let the rock cure....and the tank cycle....and then I'd just move everything over....old rock/Coral first so that you can now easily catch the fish to move them over. None of this first transfer to another tank or bag up stuff....just move it!

I went from a 3 foot SPS tank to a 6 foot SPS tank with no issues.

I stuffed my old tank and sump with rock a few months before moving. Then made the actual move in one day.

Personally I would build the tank and get it going about 2 weeks before the move. I would get it cycled and seeded and work out any kinks of the new tank. When I felt ready I would make the move in one shot, shouldn't take more than an hour. Its just my way.

This is the best method. New sand, then Just transfer everything over. Just did this not long ago.

Hmph. Decisions decisions .
I just installed a gfci so really just need some new rock/sand and I'll be good to go.
