Moving reef tank advice

Thanks in advance. I have a 125 gallon FOWLR, couple Zoa frags and couple nems, I flooded in a hurricane and lost some of my fish for the second time, so I am selling the house. Weight wise, no way just carrying this thing out, any advice on handling live rock, sand, sump even livestock to tear down and reset in same day, about a 30 minute drive, give or take traffic

Bins of salt water… then when you get them in the new home plug air stones in and drop them in the bucket (with livestock) and set the new tank up is how Ive always done it!
