I am moving soon and have 2 tanks that I will be moving. One is a 15 gallon fluval flex and the other is a 32 gallon fluval flex. What is the best ways I can prepare my tanks to prevent harm coming to my fish.

I am hiring people who move aquariums to move the tanks.

the 15 gallon is 8 months old and the 32 gallon is 6 months old.

The people you are hiring should have the know how and equipment to do the job.

Put all rocks coral fish in a bucket or cooler put all your tank water and bio filteration in there if you have sand leave just alittle water on the bottem so the sand stays alive move tank refill with half new water and half of the water it the container you moved with "your tank water" get a small battery powered air stone or pump with a battery I used an anker soli type thing to keep them areated in the cooler unless the move is very far. The I haven't done because my move was only 3 hours away

I'd pay extra to replace the sand for sure. That's where most of your mess comes when moving.
