Moving to Michigan!

I just found out that I will be moving to Wyandotte Mi next summer to finish my medical school training. I was wondering if there is anyone else on here who lives in the area. Where I currently live I am the only one with a reef tank within about an hour and a half, but I live in the middle of no where. Hope to meet some of you soon.

I may take you up on that, since I haven't determined how I am going to get all of my coral and fish there alive and healthy

East side ya have buncha lfs n couple sponsors Sonny (pro corals) Todd n bret (cherry corals) fish drs has 3 locations kees, tropicorium,preuss pets in lansing worth the trip ;) all great places n staff. Welcome to MI trops mind blowing must visit place. There's few places n there's buncha reef clubs aswell n local sites jduck brought up

YAY! I am extremely excited that there are so many reefers in the area. Its just a bummer I won't be able to buy much from all the stores, since I am on student loans, but it will be great to have lots of friends and support in the hobby!

Kees,preuss,n trop are great just to be amazed when ya get supplies join one of fourms above n look for trops specials list crazy crazy prices times ya can get 2 blue hippo tangs for like 20-25 as example. Look us up when your settled n ill toss ya something cool to welcome ya to MI oh n can't forget Andy at reef paradise in flint another great lfs worth a trip

I was at the Tropicorium for the first time this past weekend. Amazing! I didn't see any SPS (I could've just missed it), but there are MASSIVE tanks (1000g +) loaded to the rim with LPS. They are built like a green house. The tropicorium is my favorite for LFS for sure! You will also be joining a community with some very knowledgable reefers.
