MP20 won't run lagoon or reef crest?

My MP 20 will only work on the wave or full flow settings, has anyone had this happen before? Can it be fixed?

Strange, I'm not aware of any way to "reset" it either other than unplugging it. I'd reach out to their support, they've been awesome in the past when I've had questions/issues.
