So as some of you know the Richmond Reef Club did a huge order from Mr.Coral. Web site is great! Lots of colorful SPS! Corals like his Fuzzy Watermelon. Holy Grail Millepora, Tequila Sunrise and the Purple Freak Acro just to name a few. He really has the hook up when it comes to some sweet mariculture. The whole reef club was pumped by the order. The order was shipped out and arrived as planned. Great packing job by Mr.Coral! The disappointing thing about all of this is that the corals all came in browned out and or very pale in color. Nothing remotely like pictured. How come this seems to be the trend with your shipments. I have ordered from you before in hopes that the last couple times was a fluke but evidently this is the way your corals look before you ship. Your only 2.38 hrs away?? And your packing job is stellar!! So I guess my question is how come what you advertise is nothing like what comes to our homes and into our tanks?

Here are the corals that I was anticipating to get from Mr.Coral

Very much of a let down. I hope through good reef keeping and time they will someday look close to the pics that Mr.Coral shows on his site.
Mr.Coral can you please explain to me why this is and how do these corals look in your shop? Like the pictures shown? My guess is that they looked like this before they were even shipped. How can this be corrected?

Thanks

If they do not color up for you please let me know and I will take care of you. The 1st 2 look Ok to me. The other 2 might need some time. I Really wanted to wait on shipping because it was very cold and I knew it was about to warm up. I was worry about the SPS being in a Huge Box like that even with 5 heat packs. I was told the club wanted them to ship right away so I went with it.

Send me a email with updates when you can. Thanks for the pics.

The first two look nothing like the pics you have posted on your sites Ebay/store site? Like I said earlier your packing job and water that the corals came in were fine. I believe that these corals looked like this before they were ever shipped.

I'll let you know how things look in a couple months. If I were to travel to your store would I see the corals to be as colorful as you post them to be?
