Mummy Eye ???

My LFS got this chalice in and he was told it is a Mummy Eye chalice. I have only seen them in different shades of green. This one is mostly purple but has a little green in it with redish eyes.

give it some time but I never seen a mummy eye look like that

i have a similar frag, its green and turning purple around new growth, but i fear its also turning purple

The coloring does look nice on it, the pic was taken with a crappy phone camera. I didn't think it was a Mummy Eye either but he said he was told that the owner said it was and supposely anther person claimed it was as well. He is asking $70 for the top one and $60 for the bottom one.

He used clippers of some type to cut the chalice, I told him next time use a Dremel tool. At least he did do a Iodine dip.
