is this a bad thing to put in my tank

They're fine....filter feeders I ve got a few that hitched in on corals and surprisingly a couple have been with me for a couple of years.

I have 6 flat black, couple dozen small clams. a few oysters.
I like to mount it some where with low ish flow so I can see them.

They are fine. Be careful if you have a copper band cause mine went to nip at it and it caught him. It was not funny trying to get the muscle off the Rock and then catch the fish swimming with a muscle hanging off his mouth

is it wrong to laugh at a fish?
