Started out with 2 of these mushrooms 6 months ago. Now there are nine all over different parts of the aquarium. Curious what reefers do with all these mushrooms?

Are they stuck to rocks? You can point a power head and they’ll loosen up if you can’t break them off easily
Some have found rocks to attach to and others seem to be in different places every morning.

Get a small size rock, preferably one with a lot of holes and nooks and crannies. Then take the mushrooms that you say have attached themselves to tiny rocks and superglue them to the main rock. The mushrooms that are loose you can tuck into the holes. (If need be, take something like some nylon stocking and place it loosely over mushrooms that want to float away, in an area of low flow.)
