Mushroom Coral Delivery Question

A mushroom arrived to me detached from the disk it came with, and currents may move it under the rocks. How do I reattach it back onto the disk? My thinking is reef glue will go into the flesh of the coral. Thanks all

A small container of rock rubble and put it on top of the rubble and it should attach to a piece after a while. I've never had any luck trying to glue shrooms.
