Any idea what is up with this mushroom? Also noticed white milky substance released out of its mouth.

Usually when a mushroom coral expels its mesenterial filaments its because its splitting, feeding aggressively, fighting with another nearby coral or stressed. When splitting, they typically shrink and you will see a seam straight down the center splitting the mouth in half. I think you can rule that out...3 more reasons left to eliminate... keep observing. Maybe its trying to diconnect and move..
