If you are looking to move, no help.
If unwanted, you can cover them with a kalk paste and they will die.
Currently eradicating palys in my tank with this method.

With that kind of a hostile takeover I’d probably opt for taking the sticks, digi, and caps off and just remove the rock and do a reset. You will likely wreck more than do good going about it in the tank imo.

My tequila sunrise shrooms only attach in the very middle, their "sides" sort of float, so if yours are like that you can probably lift up the side, and take a screwdriver to get its foot to release.

Also, they regenerate from any fragment left behind. So if you don't get it all (plus a chunk of rock at every mounting point, to be certain), you'll be doing this again. They can also re-colonize from free floating fragments that settle in the right places, if you are particularly unlucky.

I say move the rocks is the best way
Here is a photo of the entire tank. I have some expensive acros (Rocky Balboa, El Scorcho, Walt Disney) and need to get these mushrooms out or at least trimmed down. Based on the comments, I need to take a rock out one by one and scrape them off. I thought about having some Tampa Bay Saltwater rocks delivered and replacing the mushroom rocks. If some mushrooms get torn in the tank during the process, will it release enough toxins to harm the acros?

I would replace the entire rock. I don't think toxin release from in-tank collateral damage will be a big problem, but you can run carbon in your system to help with that if you are concerned about it.
I would try to re-home the rock. You may be able to get LFS credit for it if you cannot find a new owner yourself.

That is a lot of shrooms and they are on quite a bit of rocks. If your rocks are replaceable that what I would do
I thought about ordering Tampa Bay saltwater or live gulf rocks to replace most of the rocks in the tank but I don't want to disrupt the stability I have for the sake of my acros

What if you try a little bit of each suggested? Try gently peeling some off, try kalk pasting a couple more and maybe remove a rock or two. In any case, you’ll learn what you have the patience for.

Wondering if removing the rock, but saving it in a black out bucket/bin/tank would have enough of an effect?

I will probably do most of what you suggested. Thank you!
