Mushroom Splitting?

I am trying to figure if my mushroom is splitting or is there something wrong with it

Update so it did split. It looks like it’s splitting a second time now

When my first mushroom split it literally pulled itself apart lengthwise and I thought for sure it was a goner until each side formed a round shape instead of the hotdog it was looking like. My thought is it’s splitting!

My rhodactis split starting from the middle, I thought something was up but maybe a few days later is looked like a big hole in the middle. Days after that it was two mushrooms and now they're both the same size with another one starting to split again! Interesting to see for sure.
