Just wanted to share my strange story. This morning at about 5 am I heard a loud crash. I thought it was my neighbor. A few minutes ago I went out into my garage. I had a 32 gallon trash can filled with water for my aquarium. It had turned over dumping all the water. It was level. Can't figure out how this could have happened. Who knows. Must have been a ghost.

That reminds me of years ago I worked at a vet clinic that when you worked night shifts stuff would get moved and you would hear a plethora of weird things. I'm pretty skeptical about things, very evidence based.

Well one morning I came in and the drying machine (industrial front loader) had been thrown a good 6 feet from where it sat, damaging the concrete sealed flooring where it hit, which was insane. I closed the night before, it was not on, we never ran it in the evening because leaving things on after leaving was forbidden but it was also on the morning checklist for completion. Even had it been on, how does an empty dryer fly 6 feet through the air and get picked up and tossed?

Three grown men wouldn't have likely been able to throw this thing as far as it went... Plus I was one of two men in the entire practice, one was the owner.

Surely there is an explanation, I never could figure it out!

The vet hospital I work at we have an interior designer that puts up seasonal decorations on the cabinets in the exam rooms. We have had occasions were stuff randomly falls off, no one in there or even around the area.. We just say "BC didnt like that". BC was our hospital cat that passed away a couple years ago [emoji79]

Nope sealed up tight. I guess it's possible but I didn't see anything run out. Could still be hiding I guess.

It was full. About 2 inches from the top. At first I thought maybe my neighbors cat. I'm sure a cat wouldn't be able to turn over the container.

That would have to be some animal! A full 32 gallon container is pretty darn heavy.

Yup we were a boarding facility as well I ran the kennel. That's so crazy we had doors open and close a lot, things move constantly, the fan in the groomer's room would turn on and off and so would lights, but only that room. We assumed it was faulty wiring despite being a 5 year old building - but it never happened during the day and it seemed possible to provoke it to happen, as it would almost happen when asked when you were by yourself.

I just assumed it all had explanations, again I am pretty skeptical but it was very odd. New building also. The dryer being tossed was the kicker though

Lol no one ever got hurt or anything, didn't seem sinister at all. Just strange.

Back before I was a Game Warden I worked for the prison system here in Texas. My last unit was the Walls which is where the executions are carried out. Well there was an old building where we didn't keep inmates anymore, like so old one of the inmates there at one time was John Wesley Hardin of old west fame. Well noises and sounds would always emanate from that building and almost no one would ever go in there. One day a Sgt. had to go in for something and he came running out so fast we could hear him coming and he hit the door so hard he bounced off (we had it locked and had to unlock it to let him out). He said an inmate walked by him and said "how ya doin' boss?" Then proceeded to walk right through some bars. True or not I always liked the story and there were many ghost stories tied to that unit and that building in particular.

Only about 250 pounds. Doesn't weigh that much.

It's not that bad if the can is firm and you can put some force into the top edge [being tall and narrow it's not the most stable container in the world when full] but regardless I can't imagine it falling over on it's own unless it was on rollers and on uneven ground.
