Hey guys, this is the thread for my lifegard aquatics 9.8g rimless nano.

The tank was actually started December 29th, 2019 but I figured better late than never.

Equipment list:
- Tank: Lifegard aquatics 9.8g (really holds about 8)
- Heater: Aqueon pro 50w, controlled by an external inkbird controller
- Light: Aquaknight a029 Upgraded to Ai Prime HD
- Wave maker: Koralia nano 240 (looking to upgrade to something controllable)
- Filtration: Azoo mignon 60 (might drill in the future)

Here's some progress pics I took along the way so you guys have an idea of where it started.

Have you thought about putting in another clown and maybe an invert like a scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp?

Also, is the Aqueon Pro not controllable as is?

I have, just a little worried about dominance and whether to buy a smaller one, a bigger one, etc.

Also it is, but I don't trust its internal thermometer. The controller also protects my tank in case of a failure like being stuck on

If you introduce the new fish in a breeder box for a few days to a week and there are no signs of aggression, then introduction should be easy.

Quick update on my EEFW problem..

After dosing flatworm exit initially 2 weeks ago, and picking them off whenever I see them outside the tank, my frogspawn is coming back!

Was a little worried i'd lose my torch too but everything seems to be alright now, haven't spotted one on either coral for 3 days now.

Did you have a lot of flatworms on the frogspawn? Mine isn’t happy and just started to see numerous flatworms but not too many the frogspawn yet.

When I first noticed them, I counted I think 9 on the frogspawn and just a few on my torch. Plus my frogspawn had eggs which I scrubbed off from the skeleton with a stiff brush. A few more would pop up every day until they slowed down and eventually stopped.
