I have several reef tanks including a 240 to soon be replaced by a 300. Below is my 29 Cardiff that I have had since around 2006. The first photo was taken a few years ago when my clam was much smaller. You can see it in the middle of the tank behind and tot the right of the war coral. I think this was taken in 2009-2010 when I had the clam a year or two, as it was a lot bigger then when I purchased it.
The second photo was last year before I moved the tank. As you can see the clam has grown substantially and I have less verity of corals due to competition and growth. I had also lost 2 corals due to my having moved before moving my tank, so it was neglected for a while.
