Thanks, I also just dipped my monti that was bleaching and nothing came off so and the bleaching has stopped!!!!! Hope the color comes back in the bleached area :)

She was not a wysiwyg item. I emailed liveaquaria about it and they gave me $10 off my next order but I am still really confused on why they would send her out like that. :confused:
She is starting to come out more and more each day!! I'll try to get some more pictures :)

I have an old Reef octopus that a friend gave to me. He said it was on his 75 gallon reef for several years and they don't make them any more. The skimmer itself is rated for a 125 gallon tank (it is over kill but he gave it to me for free)
Other than that I only use live rock and cheato algae for filtration

Wow that's impressive, I was wondering because I have a 9 gallon cube reef I'm using a hang on the back canister filter and getting a lot of detritus, might just be because of a new tank. But I guess I'll see.

That whit basket next to the skimmer is full of cheato algae. I keep it in there so my urchin can't get to it :)
This is nothing fancy at all but it gets the job done ;)

She is still very timid but she is coming out more and more each day. I haven't seen her chase after and eat any food yet but I have seen her eating small particles and pecking algae off the rocks. I also have not see her eat any nori yet but I keep trying to feed it to her :)
She is coming along and thanks for asking
