I recently started a new tank a few months ago.

I loved the aquascape of this tank and did something similar using BRS dry rock:
  • 15 pounds of tonga simple multi-branch
  • 20 pounds of reef saver
  • 5 pounds of rubble.
Equipment:
  • Homemade sump using a 20 gallon long
  • Hydro ATO
  • Tune 9002 Skimmer
  • Glass holes 700g overflow
  • Kessil a350w
  • MP-10
Inhabitants:
  • Misbar Black Clown
  • Snowflake Clown
  • hermits and snails
Coral:
  • Zoa's
  • Meteor shower cyphastrea frag
  • Acan frag
  • Favia frag

My sps before it died. I think I turned my light too high, too quickly.

I have been trying to find the right setting on the Kessil. Does anyone have any advice on using the a350w over a 40G breeder tank? I just set it to 50% blue/15% white and added the 90 adapter to raise it up.

I upgraded to the Kessil AP700 a few weeks ago and so far am loving the look.
I have added a few more frags and replace a snowflake that decided to commit suicide via the MP10 with an onyx clown.

I had an outbreak of GHA that I thought was going to be the end of this tank, but after reading/watching this, I added some more cleanup crew and used Phosphate Rx to get it under control.
This is from early April
