Hello Reefers

i have decided to share with you my 2 year old reef tank all ceramic :

i have found aquaroche ceramic aquascape in France , and decided to ask them to design my reef tank rocks and try the all ceramic tank despite the divers opinion about the reliability comparing to live rocks , what make me choose aquaroche was the fact they are not only designing your tank and aquascaping but literally have researched for many years with the Limousin research agency and the university of Limoge the porosity issue and developped a product similar to live rock. so for me it was worth the trial.

here is the picture disgn they took in their factory in france before sending it to me.

Cycling cycling cycling.....

now my second goal was to switch from T5 to Led, and again here i have decided to keep in line to my project by finding only products that real research is behind , especially that Kessil have also thoroughly studied and did serious research creating led made truly corals , giving the shimmer effect same as metal , researchs also shows that in the wild the effect of shimmer has been proven to be very beneficial for the corals, which in most of the led manufacturers the led used a standard led like cree and the shimmer effect is not yet the main focus.

so here it is with the kessil

as you can see i have added a dozen of mangrove , when i got them they were completely closed , they are now fully opened and seems a nice way of exporting nitrate together with my clams
