My astraea snail has a critter on him. What is this little thing?

Can anyone tell me what the tiny critter on the snail is? A tiny tunicate? Flat worm? A sea cucumber larva? A baby earth worm?

I have a bunch of snails with troll haircuts! I call them my ghillie suit snails.

+1. Harmless filter-feeders that are common in new tanks. These belong to the Sycon genus.
