My Cleaner Shrimp is racist

My Cleaner Shrimp refuses to clean my Purple Tang, who tries and tries to get him to clean. My Powder Blue on the other hand gets the deluxe clean, wax, and shine treatment. I’m convinced my Cleaner Shrimp is racist.
