Thought id post some pics of my Desjardini Tang. Gonna keep this updated occasionally to show the changes in coloring from juvi's to adult in the Desjardini . Only about 3" at the moment but is eating and growing like a pig! Heres some pics!

Week 2, Notice alot less pale look, the nori and frozen food has really started to fatten him up and bring out the colors!1/19/2012

very cool! i always like getting fish when they are smaller to watch them change as they mature!
 
Is it the picture or did something eat all of his fins off in the second picture?
I love my Red Sea sailfin desjardin tang, He has been with me about 4 years and about as big as a saucer plater "about 6-7" from snout to vent and about 1" thick LOL"
 
That's a little cutie... we've had ours for 9 years - one of my favorite tangs.
 
Just took a couple. Thanks everyone, this really is such a cool fish.

Sold mine yesterday with my tank he is the one fish i miss very personable. Would greet me everytime i walked even remotely close to the tank. Yours looksvery fat and happy.
