My Diy MH Reflectors!!

I finally completed my MH Lumenarc style Reflectors took be about 6 hours total work time spread through 4 days. They came out amazing!!

I'll write up what I did give me a few

I got the plans online printed it off on regular paper then went to kinko's and had them blow it up to the exact measurements I needed.

I used metal sheet which I purchased at Home Depot it is the 10 in. x 20 in. Extension Tube for Tubular Skylights $32

Traced out the blue print onto the metal then cut it out with sheet metal snips.

Then I so did some bending and drilled holes as I went along and put it together with rivets. Also drilled the hole for the light as well.

Around the bottom I added L shape aluminum to make it even stronger. I wired it all up and there u have it.
