This is my first reef tank. Luckily for me my brother quit this hobby while I start building this set up and he gave me his CAD light 50g set up and I was able to transfer 40lbs of rock, some corals, a pair cloud, two Radion G1 and 2 MP10WES from his tank. I added 100 lbs of rock and let it circle for three weeks before transfer coral and fish from his tank. I bought the used tank, sump, 1 MP40 (later upgraded to MP40WES through Ecotech) and the SRO 2000I skimmer for $550 from a local craiglist. Tank filled with water on Mid July, 2013.

So here is the current set up with equipment list:

120 gallons Oceanic Tech series with startfire front glass.
50 gallons sump from Kritters, I modified and add middle divider and refugium area.
Home made Stand (fours doors), floating canopy (to hide Radion/Vortech power supplies and cables), floating light hanger (to adjust low/high or the light) and light stand.
2 Vortech Mp40WES.
2 Vortech MP10WES.
2 Radion G1 with TIR lens.
Sicce 5.0 main return pump.
Bubble Magus Hero 180S with stock Sicce PSK1000 pump.
Dual reactor (GFO and carbon) with sicce 1.5 pump.
