This is my first attempt at a reef tank on a budget. It is three months old, automated, and hopefully getting ready to add some coral.

Thanks, in addition to the clowns there is a Melanurus, Lemonpeel angelfish, Lawnmower Blenny, 3 x Chromis, 3 x Anthias and a Blue Linckia

"on a budget" yeah, a five figure budget at least :astonished-face:

Yes, my goal was to keep it under $1500 AUD.
to be fair i have no clue what 90% of your equipment is
you can do a decent setup for under 1500
or you could buy 2 or 3 things for 1500

is the tank acrylic?

Very cool!

You have to fix squidward.

Hey thanks! Doesn't usually look like this, I just rolled it out for cleaning that does require some things to be disconnected and reconnected!

Hey, if it works for you that's all that matters!

Squidward is a inside joke of mine, don't want to pollute your thread.

Very innovative and cool build! I will be following along.

Thanks, seems to be working fine, only really needs attention once a month or so.
