I got 3 and they all were in the tank. It was an hour later I was looking at the tank and now there are 2. I need to check the overflow tonight. I do like them. I had the lfs order them in specifically. My wife really enjoys them too. Now if I could get some of the snails you have.Awesome, you got a few cardinals When Sam was over taking pics he fell in love with the way mine were all hovering under the acros lol......... i hope they do well for you mate.
What do you mean?Add nitrates instead of fish, I'm sure you already know. Just my .02
Yep. Sorry I wasn't following as I don't have low nitrates. This system is tied into my 3 year old system I'm the basement. I have dosed potassium nitrate before. The colors definitely aren't as good as fish poo colors. Thank you for the information though. You can dose things like potassium nitrate or "stump remover" from lowes, yeah from lowes, to increase nitrates. I've also heard people dosing calcium nitrate and other forms of nitrate dosing. However I've only ever used the KNO3 method (potassium nitrate) "stump remover" bc I only had a nano tank and didn't want 10 fish and my sps were munching nitrates as fast as the fish could poop! Google stump remover dosing and I'll also post my thread on that subject. I had very nice results and continue to utilize KNO3 dosing still today.

Thanks. Me too. I need more time to take some pictures!amazing. looking forward yo more pics
Yes. Here you go, it browned out and looks better and better every day. The cleaning of my matrix caused my nitrates to drop some.Do you have a picture of the ultraviolet frag you bought? I'm curious what your nutrients do with the matrix clean up as well. I'm not sure if my matrix is helping or hurting at this point. Colors are looking sharp btw.
I've had a couple of hiccups with of all things my salinity. They are straightened out and all my corals are looking better. I built a new light rack that allows me easier access to my lights.Any updates? Just getting ready to set one of these tanks up! Any pics of the plumbing or sump? Thanks
I couple of pictures from tonight. I'm really getting the right combo of corals I want in front of and next to each other. My display should fill up some more soon.
Thanks, it is my frag tank in the basement. I try out corals there before the go into the display. Is this another tank you own? Frag tank I suppose? It's beautiful!
