As title states my wall hammer took a dive on my RFA. My fault, I wasn't sure about placement and didn't glue it down. It is a bigger piece and did stay in place for the better part of a month. However, both don't look happy and look singed. As soon as I saw it this morning placed the hammer to its original spot and waited till now to see how the would react. The RFA started to balled up over the day. Most heads of the wall hammer show polyp extension but one head shows barley any extension and has shriveled up white polyps. Is there anything I could or should do? Iodine dip to relieve stress on hammer? Anything I can do for RFA?

Just wanted to write up my experience here:
The hammer recovered nicely with in 2-3 days. For the RFA it is however is a different story - balled up for the first three days then moved to a new spot. It seems to digest it’s own necrotic tissue. Now the oral disk is only 1/6 of it’s original size!!! Looks like a long road to recovery.....

So thus far: RFA 0 - Hammer 1
