Hey guys my hammer coral which I have had for about 3 months has not fully opend in about 3 weeks. Should I be worried? Is there anything I should do to help it? My frogspawn and torches open fine. Only thing I can see wrong with my tank is my calcium is about 350 which I am dosing to go up to 410ppm

How about your magnesium and alkalinity?
Yea, 350 is pretty low. You're probably experiencing some problems with your hard corals as well..if you're alk is low.

What is the salinity?
What live stock do you have?
Do you see any brown slime around the base of the coral head.

In my first tank I had a Hammer.. it Started acting weird like that, so I bought a Refractometor and Salinity was the problem. Do you have one? Hopefully you find what the problem is. Good Luck!!
