Used Stax rocks from Amazon and coral skeletons from Amazon for the scape. Added bio media from existing 5g nano running a little over a year now. Put it in the AIO Filter and also the dry rock to seed everything. Will be picking a rock with coraline from the 5g to add today since the lights came :) also, got a sicce 1.5 which will upgrade return from 150 gph to 320gph so this should be a nice set up down the line! Also going to be doing a par test on the k7 pro 3, but I can already tell it’s got some power !

Yes the build was very nice ! The lens are huge, and the app took just a few minutes to get connected and play with the schedule. I also work in tech so I might be a little bias as far as user friendliness lol

Went to lfs and made some trades for a splitter for the return, since the sicce 1.5 350gph pump came today. The goal is to aim one of the returns down ward to prevent detritus from settling, and the other upwards with the RFG to have surface tension, both creating like a cyclone to have a good water turnover that pushes water into the AIO filter to the left back side of tank.

Hey all, I wanted to apologize for the lack of updates. The tank is still running and I will post some here but wanted to give some backstory if anyone was curious.

Before the tank finished cycling and maturing fully like I wanted, my 5gal leaked while I was on a trip with my family in Florida. My roommate did the best they could but long story short they had to just put all the stressed frags I had in the 15 gal before it had finished cooking all the way, so I lost a lot of great pieces as a result. Lost my holy guacamole torch that I loved dearly, this caused me to stick with what survived mostly which were softies.
Tried a torch in the 15 gal months after. After just rocking with the survivor softies for months as it matured even more and then found my clowns like to dance on them to death lol so staying away from torches until I get a separate tank for clowns.
I do want to shout out that @noopsyche 's k7 pro 3 has been a big reason I think the tank has been doing well since its rough start. I wanted to report the results of the PAR test had it with 150-175 at bottom of the tank, 200-250 at middle of the tank so roughly 7-8inches from tank bottom, and then 275-350s from middle high of the tank towards the water line. So really good considering the light sits about a foot over the water line and then I only have the k7 pro 3 at around 50% power. This thing could cover a frag tank if mounted high up and power was raised in settings for sure!!
Update pictures next.
