This is my current setting with the two T5s. Originally, I had 1st channel off and 2nd channel up, for white. Coral growth wasn't good. Think it was too much red. Switched to this mix, a few months ago, and SPS are growing again.

Didnt know there where red led
I have two Ethereals on my 60x24x24 tank, started in Jan, 2019. Earlier this year, I added two 48" coral+ T5 bulbs to give a fuller light coverage. It's nice to see others that use the same lights!
is your tank a 150? I have a 60x18x24 and have 4 fixtures over it. No T5 just the ethereals

If you look at the color spectrum charts on their website, 2nd channel looks to have the most red light. Red light inhibits coral growth. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Sounds good to me. 2nd channel on mine is at 35

just ran a fresh par test off my seneye. Readings are as fallows.

Top - 320-350

top middle ish - 280-300

middle 260 - 280

i went bare bottom so - 180-200

i have pretty even par across the tank

I've never used a par meter. I have a closed hood so not sure how it would work.

Just a note, I have a full-grown red serpent star. When I had 1st channel down and 2nd channel up, he always hid when lights came on. With 1st channel up and 2nd channel down, he hangs around all over the place. Both he and my SPS like similar light.
